on the app to join my guild, there’s a question that says “Are you able to make the raid times (Tu/Wed/Th 8:30-11:30 Pacific/Server)?”

when people say “no” or “only some of them” or some answer other than “yes”

i just have to wonder…

why the fuck are you even continuing with the app?

especially when you have no raid experience, no logs, and the rest of your app is basically left blank.

what progression guild has members of the core raid team who only show up for one or two of the three or more raid nights?

it’s like on a job application, if it says “this job requires you to work mon-fri 10am-2pm, can you work these hours?” would you say “no, but my 10th grade education and lack of job skills will surely dazzle you enough to hire me anyway.”
